Step #1: Deciding where to build
It all starts with the land. Whether you own a lot of your own, need help finding a lot, or choose a lot from Artery’s extensive inventory, we will be there to guide you. Listening to your thoughts, desires, and concerns to ensure your home is built in the location that is perfect for you and your lifestyle.

Step #2: Designing within your budget
Take advantage of our knowledge. Artery Custom Home experts listen to you and quickly transform your ideas into tangible plans that are thoroughly discussed and analyzed so that you can set realistic goals and expectations within your budget. Step #3: The details
Our top engineers and designers lend their experience and expertise to make designing your home fun, exciting, and easy. Once plans are finalized your Artery Custom Homes provides you with a detailed schedule outlining when each and every step will occur in building the home of your dreams. Artery Custom Homes will coordinate each contractor’s visit in order to maximize productivity and stay on schedule.

Step #4: Visit your dream home in the making
Schedule a visit with the builder to see how your dream is becoming a reality. You may visit anywhere from once a week to once every two weeks, depending on how the progress is going and the completion of certain phases. We want you to see your new dream home in the making, but realize that your safety, satisfaction, and the smooth flow of work are Artery Custom Homes’ primary concerns.

If you can’t, or even if you can visit in person, you will soon be able to enjoy the unique experience of viewing the weekly progress of your new home on-line.

Step #5: You’ve got questions
Have a concern about the details of your dream home? Want to make sure that your new soaking tub is positioned correctly in the bathroom? Not sure if you decided to have a sunlight or not in your kitchen? When you visit your new home site, be sure to jot any of your questions and present them to our homebuilding team. It is very important to our homebuilding team that every single detail of your new custom home is exact and to your liking.
